Our services start with the removal of
installation construction dust during the site
construction phase all the way through to an on-going
scheduled maintenance program for your facility. Even
though a computer room or Data Center may look clean the
sub floor area within a computer room or Data Center
environment may experience concrete oxidation if the sub
floor is not sealed or is sealed incorrectly. The
exposed concrete area may begin a process called
oxidation and it will continue to increase at a rapid
rate if left unchecked. The presence of alkaline dust on
a new or existing sub floor surface can and will cause
equipment and other environmental issues. These
contaminants when they become airborne will stick to
electroplated surfaces such as the underside of the
access floor panels, the pedestal bases, the stringers,
and on the outside as well as the inside of the
equipment. The contamination will occur quite rapidly.

room and Data Center sub floor sealing and cleaning
services for the exposed concrete surface area beneath
your raised floor. Our specially formulated sub floor
sealants form a contaminant free vapor barrier beneath
your raised floor.

equipment to fully execute the requirements to furnish, and
deliver the final detailed construction cleaning of your Computer Room
in accordance with your Contract Documents. We clean what contractors
